One night during my photo lab we got to go out to Marshall Street, the main street near campus, were told to just go around and shoot. We went around 6:00 or a bit before so it was just beginning to get dark when we got there and by the time we left it was almost entirely dark. I had such a fun time playing around with the light and the changes in the light which happened between when we came and left. It felt like someone had flipped a switch and in an instant the natural light, that had just moments ago been illuminating the streets, became darkness and was replaced by streetlights. The glow from the fluorescent storefront lights, which had been outdone by the sun throughout the day, transformed into eerie gigantic nightlights that illuminated little segments of the sidewalks. And I loved it. And here are some of the photos I took.

And that's all.
